8 Steps to becoming ALIVE!
The Process of being accepted to own an Alive Clinics franchise will provide you with a set of information and your own figures to assess whether Alive clinics is right for you. The process enables us to assess your suitability as an Alive clinics Franchisee.
1. Registration for Information
We are seeking motivated, diligent, passionate and business savvy people to join our brand, and an Alive Clinic is your practice made perfect!
Is an Alive Clinic right for you?
Alive clinic owners can consist of a partnerships or a team of Doctors & Therapist or Paramedical staff, business people or sole owners. Our franchise team specializes in matching great working partnerships. We are only looking for high achievers who potentially, can be best in their field! Our recruitment team will help match you to your nearest clinic.)
2. Telephone Contact
Upon receipt of your enquiry our Franchise Manager will have a brief discussion with you or arrange a telephone interview time that is convenient. The purpose of this discussion is to ask some questions relating to your interest in franchising.
3. Franchise Enquiry Kit
Your details from this initial phone conference will be processed and if you are a suitable candidate an Application Pack will be sent to you to complete. Our Franchise Support Team is contactable by phone to assist you to complete these forms. This will include some private detailed information about yourself as well as a complete confidentiality agreement to be signed by all parties involved with the franchise enquiry.
4. Informal Meeting
On receipt of your completed application- Alive Clinics will invite only the successful applicants to our informal meeting day at the Burleigh Heads National Office on the Gold Coast in Queensland. This is a chance for our team to get to know you and for you to receive a more detailed understanding of our business. This meeting day includes a tour of our clinics and an opportunity to meet our Department Managers and Director of Cosmetic Surgery.
5. Formal Meeting
We invite our strongest applicant to a team interview with our board- answer any further questions and obtain a detailed profile about you.
6. Documentation is provided
If we all agree to proceed further we will request a refundable deposit of $3000 which is placed in trust, pending approval and final decision. Formal Documentation will be provided to you to take to your advisers.
7. Due Diligence.
The next step is the due diligence process- you will need to obtain legal advise, organize your finances, and decide if this is the right business for you.
8. Site Allocation
If you are successful, Alive Clinics will offer you a franchise territory to proceed and commence discussions about site location and introduce you to our leasing specialist. *To ensure exclusivity limited sites are available at Australia wide locations.
